We are so blessed to have been given this legacy gift of two stained glass windows for our church. The windows were designed and created by a well-known stained glass artist in Siena, Italy. His studio is called Vetrate Artistiche Toscane and you can find more information on the artist and see samples of his work at www.glassisland.com/ . The first window depicts the miracle of Jesus walking on water and is currently in the process of being assembled. We do not have a definite date on when this project will be completed, but the first window is well on it’s way and could be finished, shipped from Italy and installed as early as this summer. We will continue to post pictures and updates on the progress of this first window.
