In marriage, a covenant is made between a husband and wife and God. All parts equally binding and subject to one another. A chord of three is not easily broken. We believe marriage is a gift of God to be celebrated like no other
So, you want to get married at Lord of the Lakes . . . and don’t know where to begin?
We welcome you to join us at Sunday Worship (8am and 10am) Services. This is a great time to meet Pastor Kevin and to view our beautiful church and prayer garden.
The scripture teaches us that the bond and covenant of marriage is a gift of God. In the celebration of marriage, we can be confident that, through the Holy Spirit, Christ is present with you and we pray that you may fulfill God’s purpose for your whole lives together.
1. Schedule a meeting time with Pastor Kevin as a couple.
2. Pastor will have you complete the Prepare & Enrich inventory online.
3. Follow up meetings will be scheduled to discuss the results
4. A Wedding Advisor is assigned. This person is your resource who aides in the ceremony and program preparation, answers decorating questions, leads rehearsal, and offers on-sight pre-ceremony assistance.
The Gathering Area (as you walk in the door) is a wonderful open-air valted ceiling area that may be reserved for rehearsal dinner or a reception.
