Due to that, Jan had typed the items that were sent to her from Brad.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong><u>&#8212;HVAC in sanctuary<\/u><\/strong>: gms (Gartman) was in to check furnace\/ac for that section of building. discovered unit running on 1 stage only d\/t dead mice\/nests and wires disconnected, repaired.\u00a0 Brad and Pr Kevin shown how it set it for other stages of the ac manually. fresh air exchanger portion not wired and in bad shape.\u00a0 cost will be approx. $4000.\u00a0 ben will try to reach brad to see timeline on this.\u00a0 it will put our 2021 b&amp;g budget over but should be okay to replace if we need to do it this year.\u00a0 ben to follow-up.<\/p>\n<p>gms also recommending insulation on suction piping; cost $382. brad can do it for much less and will do when he returns.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8212;<strong><u>sanctuary west door<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 fixed for now by albright but does need replacement. quote received from tri-city glass &#8212; $1,700 + 650 for painting it.\u00a0 it is felt that is a reasonable price plus it is difficult to get a construction co. to come as it\u2019s a small project in their busy schedules.\u00a0 dave to contact tri-city to get process started and he will paint when it comes in, before it\u2019s installed.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8212;<strong><u>cracked well cap<\/u><\/strong>: believe from lawn mowers.\u00a0 brad fixed. discussion on protecting it by landscaping or purchase of a lawn d\u00e9cor item.\u00a0 will ask brad to follow up.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8212;<strong><u>water heater<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 brad had kascade in; removed bottom valve and replaced anode rod. lots of \u2018junk\u2019 in bottom of tank cleaned and piece of anode rod broke off.\u00a0 inspection cover parts ordered and brad will finish when he returns. at this point, heater working well and foul odor resolved.\u00a0 question asked why kaskade was used. no one knew \u2013 tom will talk w brad when he gets home.\u00a0 we had previously decided sbs would be our vendor of choice.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8212;<strong><u>partitions in basement<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 brad feels prices have come down enough those can now be built.\u00a0 suggested we advertise in church communication for people who do carpenter work to perhaps volunteer time to do that if brad doesn\u2019t have time or brad needs help.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8212;<strong><u>alter rails<\/u><\/strong>: done, working well, look very nice.\u00a0 thank you, brad!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 &#8212;<strong><u>routine maintenance<\/u><\/strong>: believed it is up todate but need to check list housed in office.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>electrical work:\u00a0 per daryl<\/u><\/strong>.\u00a0 motor on bathroom exhaust fans replaced earlier in summer by daryl and brad.\u00a0\u00a0 had one recent unexplained fire alarm at 2am \u2013 building checked thoroughly by daryl and nothing found.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>basement<\/u><\/strong>: still pretty cleaned up. primary piles of \u2018stuff\u2019 belong to scouts, awaiting partitions. unused items thrown out, hauled to thrift or gifted or sold on fb.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>highway sign<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 prentation by wayne ludke from council and samples shown on video. compared appleton sign and creative sign (company out of depere) for design and price.\u00a0 both companies said a 2-sided message board cost adds approx. $15,000.\u00a0 discussion on size and contruction material &#8212; Since we had previously signed a contract with LaForce, Kate will send a letter informing them that due to their non-response re: getting this scheduled, we have determined we need to go with another company.<\/p><p><strong><u>Sanctuary Ceiling<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 While Steve from Albright was here, he looked at our Sanctuary Ceiling.\u00a0 He says it can be spray painted with a newer type paint, that will not add much weight.\u00a0 He will be sending a quote.\u00a0 The alternative is to purchase the appropriate paint, rent the lift, etc. and Ed will donate the labor to do it.\u00a0 We have no timeline.<\/p><p><strong><u>Deferred Maintenance and\/or Replacement<\/u><\/strong>: Kate is asking that various items be looked at by a Vendor for estimated longevity and a quote for the purpose of hopefully building an emergency fund so we can repair\/replace as needs occur or be proactive prior to having a crisis. The following will be looked at:<\/p><ul><li>Youth Room \u2013 get quotes for upgrading basement including egress window, etc. vs adding a manufactured home vs a stick addition<\/li><li>Parking lot sealing and resurfacing<\/li><li>Roof repair\/replacement<\/li><li>Siding repair\/replacement<\/li><li>All flooring repair\/replacement \u2013 Betts meeting with A.
