Brad will contact Tom re: Albright coming to look at this door.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>SPRING CLEAN UP per Jan<\/strong> &#8212;\u00a0 We had a good amount of help and got the following accomplished:<\/p>\n<p><u>MULCH LANDSCAPED AREA<\/u>:\u00a0 Completed with putting a total of 6 yards on.<\/p>\n<p><u>WINDOWS and CUPBOARD FRONTS<\/u>:\u00a0 All door windows done and kitchen and breakfast bar fronts washed down<\/p>\n<p><u>BASEMENT<\/u>: Everything deemed unusable removed \u2013 about half discarded in our garbage and recycle containers and a truckload went to Thrift.\u00a0 The Youth carried it all upstairs and out for us.\u00a0 The air hockey and foosball tables were advertised on Facebook Marketplace as need some repair, free for the hauling and they were given to a member from our church who responded.\u00a0 Plan to advertise the sale of 25 of the 35 older blue chairs ($5 each or 6 for $25), the 59\u201d round brown table ($50) and the air compressor (B&amp;G agreed could possibly get $50-75 for it).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPiles\u2019 that remain in basement belong to Scouts and against the west wall are props created by Tammy F Voekel for various plays and performances.\u00a0 Betts had said she would contact Tammy and see what if anything she wants kept.<\/p>\n<p><u>WEED PATROL<\/u>:\u00a0 Beverly Raatjes is taking the lead on that and has reported all her workers are returning and she is working on a schedule for them.<\/p>\n<p><u>TREE\/SHRUB TRIMMING<\/u>:\u00a0 Ben asked if there was a plan.\u00a0 Unknown and Ben will contact Beverly.\u00a0 Likely if anyone is doing it routinely it is Dave Klemp.<\/p>\n<p><u>WINDOW WASHING<\/u>:\u00a0 Betts has said she will complete the inside and suggested we hire our preferred vendor to wash the outside as it has not been done in at least a couple years.\u00a0 Jan will follow up on that re: budget monies left and cost at this time.<\/p>\n<p><u>SIGN BY HIGHWAY<\/u>:\u00a0 Ben had a friend look at it and stated he can spray it down and clean it up for $100. Since we had previously signed a contract with LaForce, Kate will send a letter informing them that due to their non-response re: getting this scheduled, we have determined we need to go with another company.<\/p><p><strong><u>Sanctuary Ceiling<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 While Steve from Albright was here, he looked at our Sanctuary Ceiling.\u00a0 He says it can be spray painted with a newer type paint, that will not add much weight.\u00a0 He will be sending a quote.\u00a0 The alternative is to purchase the appropriate paint, rent the lift, etc. and Ed will donate the labor to do it.\u00a0 We have no timeline.<\/p><p><strong><u>Deferred Maintenance and\/or Replacement<\/u><\/strong>: Kate is asking that various items be looked at by a Vendor for estimated longevity and a quote for the purpose of hopefully building an emergency fund so we can repair\/replace as needs occur or be proactive prior to having a crisis. The following will be looked at:<\/p><ul><li>Youth Room \u2013 get quotes for upgrading basement including egress window, etc. vs adding a manufactured home vs a stick addition<\/li><li>Parking lot sealing and resurfacing<\/li><li>Roof repair\/replacement<\/li><li>Siding repair\/replacement<\/li><li>All flooring repair\/replacement \u2013 Betts meeting with A.
