MEETING OF THE WORSHIP TEAM, WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7, 2019<\/p>\n
Pastor Kevin called the meeting to order and opened with prayer.<\/p>\n
Present<\/u>: Dana Hartel, Pastor Kevin Heffernan, Sarah Miller, Lani Stanek, Pam Ulness, Jody Kell, Holly Nelson, Ellen Smolinski, Cindy Hendren and Kristen Bjornstad<\/p>\n
Absent:\u00a0\u00a0 <\/u>Valerie Gulke and Kristen Woods.<\/p>\n

The following fall and winter schedules\/worship services were discussed by the Worship Team:<\/p>\n
Rally Day<\/strong>:\u00a0 Joining up with The Life Team<\/u> to have a \u201dFiesta\u201d themed lunch after 10:00am service.\u00a0 The decision was made to do our outside service here in the Gathering Area then serve a Taco Bar Lunch Potluck.\u00a0 This will be the kickoff for Sunday School.<\/p>\n Remainder of September to carry out that theme celebrating with Food, Games, Trivia etc.<\/p>\n October \u2013 Mid November<\/strong> Stewardship Campaign<\/p>\n October 13 Simple Hope Giving Event.<\/p>\n Pre-Thanksgiving Service on Nov 24th<\/sup> will be time for thanking the congregation\u2026.
