Warren to take care of.<\/li>\n<li>Kitchen Disposal to be cleaned\u2026. Betts to check with Darlene to see if she can do this on a weekly\/monthly basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>HVAC: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No new status update from Terry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Lighting Updates: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daryl R. with the help of Warren did replace canopy lights with LED Lights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>LED Lighting Upgrades:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neil to get letter to Cindy Hendren with explanation of upgrade for funding from Thrift.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>New Business: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electric door key striker repairs. Neil looked at and needs to pick up part from Grangers and install.<\/li>\n<li>Betts to talk to Darlene on Kitchen disposal and ask her to do maintenance on disposal on Weekly\/Monthly basis depending on needs.<\/li>\n<li>Vendor Contact List updated and given back to Jill. Added a couple new vendors and listed them in order of contact.<\/li>\n<li>Neil to contact Derek Schaeffer (SBS) regarding Men\u2019s bathroom toilet (non-handicapped stall). Need to get quote on possible replacement.<\/li>\n<li>Email from Geoff Hendren regarding Shingles missing on roof. This will be addressed at Spring Cleaning.<\/li>\n<li>Email from Jill regarding quote for lawn care. Neil will contact Jerry to see where we stand with him.\u00a0 At this point he provides the service at a lower cost than the quote we received.\u00a0 Will be determined then.<\/li>\n<li>Joe G. to get report for Annual Meeting<\/li>\n<li>Add Fire Extinquisher Inspection to Maintenance Schedule\u00a0 (Last done August of 2016)<\/li>\n<li>Add Inspection done by Winneconne\/Poygan Fire Department. (Yearly\u00a0\u00a0 Spring)<\/li>\n<li>Talk to Pastor Kevin in regard to Bulletins. Need a larger\/taller recycle receptacle.\u00a0 Some of our Elderly members have a hard time bending over to place them in current receptacle.\u00a0 Also brought up maybe encourage members to take home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Tasks Completed Since last meeting: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New hole drilled in concrete for storage shed door.<\/li>\n<li>Snow stakes removed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Old Business:\u00a0 <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenance Position\u2026 Waiting to hear from Council<\/li>\n<li>Spring Clean-up date changed from Sunday, May 21 to Sunday May 7<sup>th<\/sup> as the 21<sup>st<\/sup> is Annual Meeting. Betts not able to be there.\u00a0 Jenni G. will handle picking up groceries for lunch and getting set up.<\/li>\n<li>Roof Exhauster Air Handler &amp; equipment Inspection to be done at Spring Cleaning. (check belts)<\/li>\n<li>Contracts &amp; Pricing on Garbage \/Recycle completed by Lou. Our bill was cut in half!! Thank you Lou for taking this on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><strong><u>Next B &amp; G Meeting is\u00a0 Tuesday, May 9 , 2017 @ 6:30<\/u><\/strong><u>.<\/u><u>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (last meeting before Summer Recess)<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Meeting adjourned at \u00a06:44 P.M.
